Prime Choice?? My Daughter and her X Partner were charged £950per month for a Filthy Germ Ridden Run Down Neglected Property in Legion Crescent Kettering with a Rat infested garden, Front Door that would'nt open or shut properly, a Back Door that would'nt open at all, the upstairs Windows were falling out, the Bathroom stank of Raw Sewage, the Cooker was beyond cleaning and kept blowing the Fuses the upstairs Shower never worked at all and yet it passed every inspection. Shame on you Prime Choice for letting two young Children grow up in those conditions!!!!!!!!!!

We recently took at property through Prime choice and we were surprised how easy they made everything. Completely stress free and quick. We had a few issues when first moved in but prime choice were very quick to sort them out. Now can't wait to enjoy our new home

House was in very poor repair. Flooring and carpets so old they were thin, damaged and unsanitary. On leaving carpet cleaners were horrified and said the flooring was a health hazard. Struggled to keep the carpet going up the cleaner. Only received £70 deposit back. Told garden was a mess on leaving. The garden was a sodden mess due to rain not being able to escape. Reseeded lawn before leaving several times. Weather is not our fault. Kitchen lino was so thin when moved in it was down to the adhesive almost. Rented out now with same carpets, same lino and same worn out and damaged laminate flooring. We had a skip outside and the company left stuff behind. Instead of informing us and asking to collect they charged us for removal of items. We had the house professionally cleaned before leaving and past tenants stuff found under all kitchen units. Bad bad plumbing that we got blamed for when had a leakage even though we had informed them and had repaired. Landlord said we had done something when in fact the pipes were too small. And overstretched. Shoddy work on house previously repaired before renting by us. Wear and tear of already worn flooring was not down to us damaging. A tile in the bathroom broke because work previously done was tiled over tiles. And the new tiles overlapped by inches and had been filled with adhesive to cover the gap. Accident waiting to happen. Got charged because of there shoddy work. Prime choice pandered to bully of a landlord. I am disabled and tried to get some simple adaptions(temporary may I add). Council funded but his demands could not be met by the council. Can only assume landlord see's deposits as his right to keep and prime choice didn't even quibble with him.

the house we moved in was disgusting and looked like a crack den. We replaced all carpets and floors, bleached the whole house, glossed, painted and didn't get our deposit back? the staff are so rude, organise viewing without your consent, and will take your money whenever you can. This is the worst agency ive ever used, and im so glad ive swapped and gone else where

We've had a fantastic experience with Prime Choice. We rented a property with them for years until we could afford our own home (which we purchased through them). We've now moved out of the area and they manage the rental of our home.

The staff have always been friendly and helpful and I've always found them easy to deal with both as a tenant and a landlord.

Highly recommended!

Used Prime Choice on a Tenant Find only basis. After listing the property Prime Choice communicated poorly, no information was provided on viewing/enquires and emails/calls were not answered. The property was removed from the market (rightmove), without notifying me, when a potential tenant expressed interest without any financial commitment or references. Following a week without viewings, the tenant did not enter referencing checks.
When a tenant was found, photographs and inventory were conducted prior to property being emptied and cleaned, despite making specific arrangements beforehand.

Would not recommend.
