House was in very poor repair. Flooring and carpets so old they were thin, damaged and unsanitary. On leaving carpet cleaners were horrified and said the flooring was a health hazard. the house we moved in was disgusting and looked like a crack den. rip off merchants , dont touch this people, i moved in to they property on 31st july but picked keys up 5pm mouldy bathroom grouting cooker dirty,cupboards dirty ,carpet faded, carpet ripped in other room, paint everywhere untidy, damp under sink , place not cleaned before go in when move out, ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
