I rarely leave poor reviews however i don't think it's any coincidence that this company has a 1 star from everybody....been paying them over 1000 a year for the past few years and I've caught them several times charging for repairs that they haven't carried out and any repairs that have been are charged at extortionate rates and done to a very poor standard. This company should be taken to task for ripping people off....currently in the process of looking in to opening a formal complaint and trying to get answers to where my money has vanished to...especially the float. Hopefully one day this shoddy company will have to answer to their ways.

10 Jul 2017I couldnt agree more. The monthly cost have yet again been increased and god knows where this money is being spent. I recently queried an act of vandalism by a tennant (not mine) and ross and liddell aranged for this to be repaired with the bill being sent to owners!! I asked for the police to be involved but got no response. So its ok for someone elses tennant to openly vandalise something and other owners just billed for it!!! I have paid my share (as owner) for previous repairs to certain things, and when ive queried it, my money still sits in ross and liddells account "until all owners have paid up". Its impossible to keep track of repairs/if any , being completed.

7 Nov 20171. Reported to Ross and Liddell and young kids kicking footballs in the area and during which, damaged the fence. Gave them the address etc, told them what happened and I still got a bill. 1. Paying for uplifts for household goods, dumped by people renting. Mattresses, beds, sofa's furniture all being dumped by other residents and I still get a dam bills. 3. Fitted a new buzzer system that doesn't work. 4. Repaired a wall, which had at least a 2ft hole in it under a window in a common area. They had never checked the building structure for over 5-7 years until I moved in. As a company, you should all be wearing balaclavas, robbing us on daily/weekly/monthly and yearly basis.

Utter scum. Theaving, lazy, rude. They are vultures. £700 paid out in June. Just got another bill through for £250 in November. They clean the stairwells and send a guy round once every 3 months or so to flail a chainsaw at our bushes leaving them in a worse state than before.... Read Full Review

They could have reduced their fees CONSIDERABLY. Could, just occasionally, come to the property to ensure that the maintenance staff employed where doing their jobs. It would have been good if they had taken my complaints seriously and if the property managers assigned were worth anything near what they were getting paid. Even if all of the above were to happen in future, the \'service\' received from them to date has been so poor, I think I would rather just move to a different property manager company.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
