Fiona has been very supportive and professional. She has responded very quickly to any enquiries that I have had, and shown a real willingness to offer me support whenever necessary. The property that I have been renting is wonderful, and I have had no problems with the house itself, the furnishings, or the white-goods. I will be coming to the end of my tenancy with Urban Bases soon, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to prospective landlords or tenants.

Landlords be aware and don't go anywhere near this estate agency. I let out a property via them for over 7 years (to the same tenant) and during that period of time they only carried out half a dozen inspections when they should have carried out 28. This must be a landlord centric organisation that has little regards for tennats only profit. Put your customers first and profit will come.

What agent could do to change your mind?
If they had given us a fair chance to rent the property. They assisted the other couple in forwarding their email to the landlords and did not ask us if we wanted to pay more despite knowing the other couple had offered to.

The service I received was absolutely dreadful from start to finish.
