I am now having to enter a legal battle with this agency because they not only 1) terminated my prospective tenancy for nor fault of my own, but they then 2) withheld my deposit and despite agreeing to return the amount to me I have had nothing, I have done everything within my power to rectify this, it's an injustice and inhumane because it left me temporarily homeless and withheld my funds, when I tried by phone and email on several occasions to explain this to them, my situation fell on deaf ears. They genuinely do not care if they have to trample on tenants rights. Do not expect them to treat you with any dignity, they do not care. They are criminals in corporate clothing.

You can trust them to handle your tenancy as much as you can trust a dodgy car salesman. There is a reason this firm is ranked LAST out of the 21 lettings agents in the area. Mistakes happen. They\'re expected. The least they could do is accept it and rectify, not blame someone else and be snipey about it. Or, they can just do their job properly.
