Atrocious customer service. On the phone and in person. Rented a flat with them but literally every encounter with them, mistakes have been made on their part. 1. Due to work commitments, we were finding it hard to sign the contract and i made numerous suggestions on how to go about it and they were so unyielding with their policies, they rejected each and every one of my suggestions. 2. In a phone conversation with Keri, she's told me more than once that i "wasn't listening" when i was again making my suggestions, saying that i kept on "insisting" my way. 3. I asked about parking permit that a week later, still hasn't been done only to be told that we have to wait 14 days before we get one. 4. My fiance got given the wrong keys to the flat that, when he rang to say they've given him the wrong keys, they said they'll have it sorted. When my fiance asked for it to be done quickly as all our stuff are outside getting wet and unprotected, keri then said, "i'm running a business." 5. Only one set of keys given, knowing there were two of us moving. No keys to the back door. 6. Shower wasn't working when we went in. Eventually someone came in and sorted that out. The agents they have not only appear to br clueless and don't know how to do their jobs, they also seemed to have forgotten that they're in service and need to take care of their clients. Terrible, terrible.


What agent could do to change your mind?

Mistakes happen. They\'re expected. The least they could do is accept it and rectify, not blame someone else and be snipey about it. Or, they can just do their job properly.

THIS AGENCY IS NOT SERIOUS, YESTERDAY I HAD VIEWING. You can trust them to handle your tenancy as much as you can trust a dodgy car salesman. There is a reason this firm is ranked LAST out of the 21 lettings agents in the area. What agent could do to change your mind?

Mistakes happen. They\'re expected. The least they could do is accept it and rectify, not blame someone else and be snipey about it. Or, they can just do their job properly.
