I would not chose this letting agency again even if it was the last agency on earth. 1. High registration/ check in fees in my case for a studio 250 pounds and they didn't even make the effort of delivering me the keys to the apartment I had to go to their office to pick them up. 2. Lots of hidden fees they do not tell you about, very high check-out and cleaning fees. The check-out fee was not clearly stated in the contract (the amount) 3. When you roll into a monthly basis contract they act as if you HAVE to pay a renewal fee and don't even let you know that you are not obliged to pay it if you do not want to change any terms in the contract. 4. The feeling that you get after dealing with them is that they try to take money from you in any way possible even by deliberately not telling you certain aspect or rushing you into signing (like point 3) To conclude, I will never use their services again and I strongly advise everyone to go for other agencies because this one is a joke.

They made a complete hash of dealing to a drainage problem affecting a neighbouring property over many years even denying any prior knowledge of it.
