Eddisons were difficult from the start- they initially offered us an apartment before telling us it had already been let to someone else. When we moved in to a different apartment, it was filthy and hadn't been cleaned at all. Although they then cleaned it there were several problems which had not been picked up on the inspection. Thankfully we took multiple pictures and sent them to eddisons to ensure they were on record. We had several complaints which were not dealt with or even acknowledged. They emailed us to tell them if we planned to extend our contract- when we replied to see if it was possible to go onto a rolling contract we received no communication at all despite multiple emails and phone calls to the company. A week after we were due to move out we received an email to say we had moved onto a rolling contract! There were security concerns with people ruffling through the bins and the front door to the building being out of service for well over a week. On leaving the apartment they charged over £200 from the deposit for cleaning despite only finding dust in some fittings which should fall under wear and tear. There is absolutely no communication between anyone in this company. Do not use!

I would not chose this letting agency again even if it was the last agency on earth. 1. They made a complete hash of dealing to a drainage problem affecting a neighbouring property over many years even denying any prior knowledge of it.
