I have rented in London for many years, Eddisons of 26 East Parade Leeds LS1 5BW are the least caring, incompetent and rude team of people that have ever come across. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could improve their telephone manner, they could treat their tenants like human beings and show some empathy. If they were to put themselves in the shoes of their customers, they would not accept the service that they give out, or the standards that they allow the housing for the tenants to live in. Their actions prove that they are only in it for the money.

I would not recommend letting from Eddisons they have the worse team of workers in the office. I paid my rent then i get a call asking for it in the most rude manner possible, when i told them i had already paid and what date i paid i didnt even receive a sorry.
