I would not recommend letting from Eddisons they have the worse team of workers in the office. I paid my rent then i get a call asking for it in the most rude manner possible, when i told them i had already paid and what date i paid i didnt even receive a sorry. I had informed them i had changed my phone number yet i had people coming to see my flat as my tenancy was due to end with me oblivious to what was going on and when i questioned the colleague why i wasnt informed he said i tried to call but cant get hold of you, so when i checked my number he still had the old one. Once again no communication. I had left my flat over two weeks before end of my tenancy and handed the keys over to them and they was still sending me emails about people coming to visit the flat which i didnt mind but up untill now been a month and im still waiting for my deposit i have rang up on a few occasions and all they seem to say is they are waiting on an invoice, when i questioned them that they said that last time they said sorry he is on holiday till next week so i said ok i will ring you on monday, then they said hes on holiday till end of next week so that means another two weeks lets see if i get it back im not holding my breath im sick to death of chasing them!

I have rented in London for many years, Eddisons of 26 East Parade Leeds LS1 5BW are the least caring, incompetent and rude team of people that have ever come across. They could improve their telephone manner, they could treat their tenants like human beings and show some empathy. If they were to put themselves in the shoes of their customers, they would not accept the service that they give out, or the standards that they allow the housing for the tenants to live in. Their actions prove that they are only in it for the money.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
