i have never come across such a rude man as AJ totally abusive and will not give back deposit after house was handed back in same if not better condition lets see this bully face to face and see what happens do not rent from these people as they are only there to bleed you dry

22 Jul 2017PLEASE file court papers - the disgusting bully is too scared to go to court and will pay your deposit if you file a claim! You can all get your money back! EVEN HIS WIFE LEFT HIM because she didn't want to be part of his sick business!!!!

Ashley Charles has been SHUT DOWN by Trading Standard. The business was run by a disgusting bully, friendly when you first look at the property, then as soon as you move in the hell starts.
