Can't fault them. Bought a run-down place in Mapperley and spent about £10k making it good. Had a few agents round some ignored the £10k I'd spent making it a lovely place and insisted on a rental based only on the average for the locality. HM looked at the real potential. They arranged 8 viewings in the first week and got a deal for about £60/m more than anything the other agents were going to market at. Tenants moved in - they're happy - I'm happy and glad I went with HM.
Comments on Agent Fees
We save with The Nottingham so we got a full managed @ 8%. Their setup fee was a bit OTT but given the great rental on a long lease they got I can't complain.

I am really disappointed with the after service from Harrison Murray Lettings Agency in Wollaton, Nottingham.
