I am really disappointed with the after service from Harrison Murray Lettings Agency in Wollaton, Nottingham. After leaving a rented property on 3rd March 2017, my deposit was only received today, 18th April 2017.

I am really disappointed with the after service from Harrison Murray Lettings Agency in Wollaton, Nottingham. After leaving a rented property on 3rd March 2017, my deposit was only received today, 18th April 2017.
In my opinion, this is far too long, especially after renting two other properties from other agencies and have never encounted this problem.
Also I was a landlady for 12 years, with an agency looking after my property. None of my tenants ever had to wait longer than two weeks to receive their deposit back.
Quite happy to take your monthy rent, but not so happy to give you back your deposit in a timely matter.
Always had to chase Cath for an update.......

We save with The Nottingham so we got a full managed @ 8%. Their setup fee was a bit OTT but given the great rental on a long lease they got I can't complain.

They arranged 8 viewings in the first week and got a deal for about £60/m more than anything the other agents were going to market at.
Tenants moved in - they're happy - I'm happy and glad I went with HM.
