I have just completed a 2-1/2 year association with Martin & Co. Dundee. As the letting agent for the landlord, Martin & Co. ensured the terms of the lease were clearly explained and understood. Throughout the 2-1/2 years all requests or concerns were dealt with in a professional and timely manner. Periodic inspections were conducted on time per prearranged appointment. At the end of the lease we were informed of our responsibilities and those of Martin & Co. The end-of-lease inspection by an independent agency was extremely thorough and professional. The time factor from the physical inspection, to the emailed report from the independent inspector, to the deposit to our bank account took only three business days. I am no longer associated with Martin & Co but would not hesitate to recommend this company, and especially the Dundee agents.
