At very short notice I decided to move abroad and sell my flat in Dundee. After contact a few agents I chose Martin &Co. Harry was a gentle, helpful and honest advocate for his company and won me over. Within a few days he had a valuation done, photographs taken, and the flat listed. The whole experience was handled with professionalism and care. I left the country and the flat in his hands. He and Pamela have kept in touch, updating the site and promoting the property and found the right buyer. They have gone beyond my expectations and I am happy to recommend them .

I have just completed a 2-1/2 year association with Martin & Co. Dundee. As the letting agent for the landlord, Martin & Co. ensured the terms of the lease were clearly explained and understood. As the letting agent for the landlord, Martin & Co. ensured the terms of the lease were clearly explained and understood. Throughout the 2-1/2 years all requests or concerns were dealt with in a professional and timely manner. Periodic inspections were conducted on time per prearranged appointment. At the end of the lease we were informed of our responsibilities and those of Martin & Co. The end-of-lease inspection by an independent agency was extremely thorough and professional. The time factor from the physical inspection, to the emailed report from the independent inspector, to the deposit to our bank account took only three business days.

Renters beware! Sign your contract and kiss goodbye to your deposit. Exaggerated cleaning and damage reports. Extortionate costs which do not reflect real life situation. Rude abbrassive staff. Bias contractor costs. Need I go on! Rent at your... Read Full Review
