agent was not present at viewing time, arrived with my wife to meet a group of other people (nobody was told this was a group viewing & nobody was impressed with this - likely would not have bothered & insisted on a private viewing had we known) for the agent to roll up a few minutes late. the property is in a bad state of disrepair & would do much better marketed as an 'investment opportunity' to save wasting peoples time.
