Your Move. Unbelievable this company. They rent a house without living conditions. They never sort the mould problems They expell me out from the house when I complained. Unbelievable this company.
They rent a house without living conditions.
They never sort the mould problems
They expell me out from the house when I complained.
I was sent to court to put me out and used the deposit to pay for the court fees and now they are asking me the court fees.

Fees were hIgher than competitors but I used his services because I thought that, in my circumstances at the time, he was best placed to conduct my sale.

The Directors accused me of confusion whereas it was their defective standards were the problem.
The Property Ombudsman was involved and when I subsequently went to the NAEA, the Director contradicted much of what the Ombudsman have found proven beyond doubt..
please note: I have read your Rules but have not found your Terms and Conditions so I am not aware of their content

I contacted reeds rains doncaster as I am relocating to the area. Pam organised several viewings on my behalf over the weekend. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. agent was not present at viewing time, arrived with my wife to meet a group of other people (nobody was told this was a group viewing & nobody was impressed with this - likely would not have bothered & insisted on a private viewing had we known) for the agent to roll up a few minutes late.... agent was not present at viewing time, arrived with my wife to meet a group of other people (nobody was told this was a group viewing & nobody was impressed with this - likely would not have bothered & insisted on a private viewing had we known) for the agent to roll up a few minutes late. the property is in a bad state of disrepair & would do much better marketed as an 'investment opportunity' to save wasting peoples time.

Reeds Rains Bramhall have provided an excellent service in valuing, marketing and selling my mother's bungalow. The majority of my dealings have been with Hilary Clode who has been very attentive and proactive in generating and undertaking viewings, providing advice and ultimately supporting the negotiations to sell the property. She has also worked hard to progress the sale in terms of co-ordinating and chasing solicitors and the other estate agents dealing with the property that my mother is buying. Highly recommended!
