Absolutely disgusted. We were assured when we viewed the property, which was clearly inhabited by animals at the time, that it would have not one but two professional cleans before we moved in. We saw the flat the day before move in day and it was disgusting and we asked for a professional clean. Imagine our disgust on move in day when the house had not been cleaned AT ALL. broken glass in the carpets, used tissues and general filth. The only thing missing was used condoms. KFH failed to honour their commitment and simply told us that we were free to leave the house in the same state that we found it when our tenancy ends. They stated it was the landlord's responsibility. But they did not give us the landlord's contact details. But the house had been empty for ten days. Did no one have the decency to check? However, we are not animals so we will not leave the property in the same mess We only took this property because we were assured by KFH that this clean would be done. KFH should be ashamed at showing such disrespect to people. However I'm sure they could not care less. We were taken for fools here and unfortunately we probably have proved a point. Meanwhile Jack is probably enjoying his commission and KFH are laughing all the way to the bank.
Comments on Agent Fees
The agent fees were high at £210 for the tenancy agreement alone. There were other charges too. They should be ashamed of themselves considering the minimal level of service and loss of trust. Upfront fees have been banned because of cowboy outfits like this.

Please do not use these agents if you are a prospective tenant. They lied about holding deposit ( saying I had to pay 500 when 300 was required ) and then stalked me at my home address to try and seal the deal. I have never written a negative review in my life but want others to avoid the pain....... Read Full Review
