Please do not use these agents if you are a prospective tenant. They lied about holding deposit ( saying I had to pay 500 when 300 was required ) and then stalked me at my home address to try and seal the deal. I have never written a negative review in my life but want others to avoid the pain....... Read Full Review

Absolutely disgusted. We were assured when we viewed the property, which was clearly inhabited by animals at the time, that it would have not one but two professional cleans before we moved in. The agent fees were high at £210 for the tenancy agreement alone. There were other charges too. They should be ashamed of themselves considering the minimal level of service and loss of trust. Upfront fees have been banned because of cowboy outfits like this.

I have been renting here for over a year now, and I just feel that KFH don't care about the tenants. I lost my key and I need authorisation to get a new key cut...
