Applied to view a flat (which we are currently now living in) and were taken to see 3 "similar" properties. This was fine, but I think your average punter really only wants to see the one they asked to see. Service was swift and pretty efficent, although I found the staff to be a bit pushy, which can get a little frustrating. I understand that there are KPIs and such that need to be met, but this is a customer facing role and a bit more patience and understanding is required from the staff. They got a number of details wrong about the property we have moved into (if the heating and hot water was included) and gave us different information on this a number of times. A little research would have helped. Not too much of an issue as they resolved this for us after we pressed them to do some digging (heating and hot water were included). All in all I was satisfied with the service, Daisy was responsive and if she was not available one of her colleagues was always more than happy to help. A few things to improve on but overall good service.
