I booked a viewing with Fussells for a house in Caerphilly for the next day. I telephoned to let them know I was running 15 mins late and was met by a rude abrupt sales negotiator*. First she said I hadn't booked a viewing at all, then when she managed to find the scrap of paper on a desk somewhere, she then said yes I have found it but you should have been there yesterday, today is Thursday I replied no today is Wednesday and I am near Caerphilly for the viewing. She then said oh yeh it is Wednesday, anyway the house sold weeks ago and we sent you a text yesterday to cancel the viewing (No text received) I asked to speak to the manager, *who then broke out into a heated shouting match at me down the phone, which ended in her slamming down the phone on me. I then telephoned and manged to speak to someone more polite, who did apologise. Apology not accepted I am now hear writing this review. Fussells I will bypass any house you have for sale in future and pass on the word about how your staff talk and treat customers. This is a classic example of they are not interested in people when a buyer has been found and you can go to hell now. I would have left no stars if this was an option.

Minus 100 stars. This company's Lettings side of the business is totally irresponsible, takes the side of violent tenants while it is the house owner who pays them every month to look after the house owners interest. 18 Apr 2023I know the person who wrote the poor review and can confirm everything she says, the house was lovely but after the Fussells tenant it was not even safe to live in. It was totally wrecked and Ruined...

DO NOT SELL THROUGH FUSSELLS! Appalling customer service. Our house key was with another agent for over a week No Body noticed it wasn't returned!
