They were very poor at communicating with me. I had to do all the chasing. They were very slow and inefficient. Their research on my property was poor. I would not use them again.

This company's Lettings side of the business is totally irresponsible, takes the side of violent tenants while it is the house owner who pays them every month to look after the house owners interest. 18 Apr 2023I know the person who wrote the poor review and can confirm everything she says, the house was lovely but after the Fussells tenant it was not even safe to live in. It was totally wrecked and Ruined...

DO NOT SELL THROUGH FUSSELLS! Appalling customer service. Our house key was with another agent for over a week No Body noticed it wasn't returned!
