This company's Lettings side of the business is totally irresponsible, takes the side of violent tenants while it is the house owner who pays them every month to look after the house owners interest. 18 Apr 2023I know the person who wrote the poor review and can confirm everything she says, the house was lovely but after the Fussells tenant it was not even safe to live in. It was totally wrecked and Ruined...

DO NOT SELL THROUGH FUSSELLS! Appalling customer service. Our house key was with another agent for over a week No Body noticed it wasn't returned! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
