Recently received an email to leave feedback on our experience with BFL. It states in the email that we sold the property however we actually bought the property with BFL. This must have been an error, however. It was our first home and things couldn't of gone any better from offer acceptance to getting keys just over 7 weeks! we were over the moon!

Found this agent very unhelpful. Did not answer calls did not reply to complaints . Over valued the house . Purchaser was wanting to pull out directly due to their incompetence . Had to negotiate direct with the purchaser most embarrassing . Ended up being a long do it your self sale... Read Full Review
