Very poor communication received from the Prenton branch. We placed an offer for a house we viewed within an hour of viewing last Thursday. BFL were very good when I first used them 8 years ago. Since taken over by Venmores their service has dropped off a cliff. I was very greatful of all the hard work staff from Bfl put into the sale of my property, but in particular Julie and Adam.
