*They expect you to go into the office (20th century style) for everything! They use tenants of questionable mind as moles to spy on other tenants. (By their own admission). They enter your property without permission, their contractors are given keys to all the flats. I was sent an email requesting whether a date and time for a property inspection was suitable. I replied and said it wasn't and that I was ill. They ignored my email, used their keys AND PUSHED my door open- there were 3 of them (INTIMIDATION).The owner put her foot in my door until she got her head inside and told me that as my bed was made, I wasn't ill! They then said I had known about the inspection - totally ignoring my response! She screams and makes bizarre accusations on the top of her voice. Then they sited a leak as the reason. A week later, but still no plumber has been. They don't keep the property maintained unless there's an inspection. They want tenants to clean regardless of their ignorant, archaic methods and the ramifications. Almost 5 years and no property inspections carried out, but they have told me that they have done them. I wasn't informed and clearly not present! They are everything you would expect estate agents NOT to be! Ignorant and dishonest springs to mind!

Money hungry agents. Make a bad name for themselves only. No respect or profesionalism whatsoever to clients. Avoid at all costs and go to a better estate agent on Ballards Lane. I would never give my business to them... Read Full Review

I would completely avoid dealing with this company if possible. We received very vague information regarding our move in date so I sent a formal, none offensive e-mail asking what was going on and requesting an official move in date by the end of the day. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
