Money hungry agents. Make a bad name for themselves only. No respect or profesionalism whatsoever to clients. Avoid at all costs and go to a better estate agent on Ballards Lane. I would never give my business to them... Read Full Review

*They expect you to go into the office (20th century style) for everything! They use tenants of questionable mind as moles to spy on other tenants. (By their own admission). They enter your property without permission, their contractors are given keys to all the flats. I was sent an email... Read Full Review

I would completely avoid dealing with this company if possible. We received very vague information regarding our move in date so I sent a formal, none offensive e-mail asking what was going on and requesting an official move in date by the end of the day.
