Money hungry agents. Make a bad name for themselves only. No respect or profesionalism whatsoever to clients. Avoid at all costs and go to a better estate agent on Ballards Lane. I would never give my business to them ... Read Full Review

*They expect you to go into the office (20th century style) for everything! They use tenants of questionable mind as moles to spy on other tenants. (By their own admission). They enter your property without permission, their contractors are given keys to all the flats. I was sent an email ... Read Full Review

I would completely avoid dealing with this company if possible. We received very vague information regarding our move in date so I sent a formal, none offensive e-mail asking what was going on and requesting an official move in date by the end of the day. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
