I was initially dissapointed with my valuation as they valued it at £139,950 but other agents valued it at £170,000 but as i really needed a quick sale I asked to list it at £150,000 and used them as the girls in the office seemed lovely (the valuer did seem a little disinterested and lackluster though). They sold it first viewing for the asking price and so I was really happy but couldnt help but feel that if I had listed it at £139,950 i would have lost £10,000. The negotiator in the office was really really lovely though and kept me updated throughout the sale.
