A Disappointing service, with a lack of interest, would be the fairest review to leave the Cumberland. The only positive aspect is they did do everything by the book, which would be expected anyway. Horrible! Agent came to show us a property and did not bother saying hello.all he did was chatting away with the vendor as if they were buying the house. I used this agent last year to sell a property I can honestly say I have never been treated so poorly because of there lousy customer service they cost me the sale on my property at all costs do not deal with the branch manager she is possibly the most arrogant person I have ever come across she ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
