A Disappointing service, with a lack of interest, would be the fairest review to leave the Cumberland. The only positive aspect is they did do everything by the book, which would be expected anyway. The valuer seemed extremely disinterested and I was left feeling as if I had done something wrong. As a viewer with the Cumberland I have had a number of poor experiences I'm at the point now where I wouldn't view a house marketed by the Cumberland.

I used this agent last year to sell a property I can honestly say I have never been treated so poorly because of there lousy customer service they cost me the sale on my property at all costs do not deal with the branch manager she is possibly the most arrogant person I have ever come across she...
