Horrible! Agent came to show us a property and did not bother saying hello.all he did was chatting away with the vendor as if they were buying the house. Me and my partner are of Asian decent and They seemed racist as they asked us to take out shoes off and kept theirs on without acknowledging... Read Full Review

Horrible! Agent came to show us a property and did not bother saying hello.all he did was chatting away with the vendor as if they were buying the house.
Me and my partner are of Asian decent and They seemed racist as they asked us to take out shoes off and kept theirs on without acknowledging our presence. We bought a house on the same estate and Cumberland cam forget about any business from us. Did not bother with them after that. Train your staff well to expect business. A hello, thank you and good bye is common courtesy which doesn't seem to be the case with these people
