Company is a joke !! Worst I have ever had to deal with ! Washing machine broke down, waited two weeks for it to be fixed for it to break down again waited abt 2/3 month second time round. My lease was up and it still wasn't fixed before we moved, causing us to go back and forth to a laundrette with a two year old ! Fire place was also up with one screw, fell off the wall just missed my daughter ! Near the end of the lease we were out one day, came home and the door was open (confused by this) went in and one of the agents was just walking about our upstairs with no previous appointment ! (Which is getting took further !) never again !! Do not use countrywide !!
