Once we put our offer in on the property we were forgotten about. They Ignored calls, so we went into the branch to find out some info on the house... nobody got back to us. Awful customer service. Would not recommend

Paying £600 a month and can't even be bothered to come for 1 expection in 8 months! Had gas leak for first few months of living there as they clearly couldn't be bothered to check the property properly before hand.

What agent could do to change your mind?
No fees my end as I was buying but cost me 3 call outs of a plumber and flooring to be relaid
