Recently bought my first property with sage and co Cwmbran, very helpful at first, but after that it was clear to me that my questions and concerns were of no interest to sage and co, there main concern was to complete and take there cut of money, with no regards to my concerns or questions, on the day of moving into to my property I was in for a big shock and quite an expensive one, which after saving very hard to buy my first property could of done without, I had to call a plumber out on 3 occasions as you couldn't run taps in the property without spending the next 3-4hours mopping up water, on viewing the property I was advised that there was a working washing machine which would be included in the price if I wanted it, I agreed and thought that was great one less thing I have to buy!! After a plumber came to the property 3 times to fix poor plumbing work from all taps I asked if he could plumb washing machine that was included with the property, on putting on a first wash water flooded my kitchen and lounge yet again, due to washing machine not being fit for use, in total I spent the first 3 days mopping water out of kitchen and lounge, not only did I have to pay a plumber on 3 call outs , but the cost of time and damage to flooring and buying a new washing machine, I contacted sage & co and they asked me to elaborate on the problems I was experiencing, so I elaborated in detail only to be ignored, I found the whole experience buying of sage & co a complete and expensive nightmare when this should of been a happy and exciting first time buy, I would not recommend sage & co to anyone selling buying or renting as they are only interested in one thing and that's there share in profit, I certainly won't be going to them in buying my next property or selling any property!! My advice is stay clear and save yourself some money and a lot hassle.
