I found Safe & Co a really good firm to work with. I had a late withdrawal on a sale of a property but they had it back on their sales listings very quickly and a new buyer was found in a matter of weeks. Paying £600 a month and can't even be bothered to come for 1 expection in 8 months! Had gas leak for first few months of living there as they clearly couldn't be bothered to check the property properly before hand.
