Incompetent letting agency. I rented my house through Lettings Direct as a Landlord, no replies to emails, property checks were fabricated as all said clean and tidy yet when i visited the property furniture was broken, dart boards on the wall with holes all over the wall, the place was filthy, gardens ruined. Living room ceiling had to be re plastered due to agents not reporting ongoing leaks, agents didn't turn up to arranged appointments to let workmen or gas safety engineers in. I ended up having to communicate directly with the tenant as Lettings Direct didn't communicate with them so frustration from both sides (landlord and tenants). Rent wasn't collected so i am out of pocket by over 1000 pounds due to their incompetence and lack of care. Such a stressful few years, i have moved to another agent and would advise against anyone having any dealings with this company, tenants or landlords
I paid for a fully managed service and i ended up having to manage the property by contacting tenants directly , absolute joke

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
