I feel i should write about my experience with Harrison Murray, 4 years ago i tried to sell my house with them. I had no interest at all with the �115,000 price they valued at, it turned out to be at least �7000 over the odds, i had to ring them and make them drop the price. I finally sold at �104,000 then i had hold ups with my mortgage, i got nothing but hassle off HM saying the buyer needs this and that, the buyer's getting impatient etc, yet it's the seller who pays the fees. Now to the present, HM have been into my father's house (deceased) to value it because apparently the executor asked them to, even though probate has been sorted and the house actually sold, so the only authority is my sister and I, sole beneficiaries, and they havent' asked permission from either of us, I'm only assuming they got in as there is a worker in the house at the moment. This is by the by, the real joke is they valued at about �20,000 over the odds. A great hook to let them sell your property if you didn't know any better.

11 Jan 2017We had endless problems with this agent. Would not recommend. Physically drained me and my partner. The other agents were alot more professional. Staff attitudes need addressing in this company too!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
