Totally feel sick and physically drained from how rude they are. During the Sale of my flat Sandra argued with me saying I'm biting of my nose to spite my face if I didnt accept the low offer the buyer had offered. At this point I pointed out that she was being rude to me on the phone. I asked to speak to the manager mike ford who never called me. Then when me and my partner went to see the mortgage advisor which is in the Harrison and Murray branch , we could loudly hear the staff in the staff room swearing about how much they hated someone. At that point the mortgage advisor excused himself and asked them to be quiet, my partner said to the mortgage man 'i hope that wash about you' which the mortgage man replied its unprofessional. I then was left a four minute answerphone message from Sandra beesleys work mobile, where it had obviously dialed out in her pocket while she spoke badly about another client. Then I rang harrison and Murray to ask a few questions about my Sale and had attitude on the phone from another member of staff Julie. I said to her I know we may ring up and ask questions alot but its only because we lack knowledge on the sale but there is no need for rude attitudes and huffing on the phone and then again asked if i could speak to mike. She Sai she would raise it with mike in Monday mornings meeting. Mike called me leaving me two answerphone messages. Emphasising the word complaint and telling me this is the First time the Melton Mowbray branch have ever recieved a complaint. I later took a call from mike. He said he had listened to the staffs opinions on I all and he stated that he didnt want to talk about what's been going on as he Said 'im the issue' he also said that he believes his staff and that I'm the one with the problems and thats because of how I am and that I wont listen. I then told him I wanted to speak to him as i myself run my own business and know complaints procedures. Mike then raised his voice and refused to take anything on board I had to say. He Said he refused to speak to someone like me and that he was terminating the call. This shocked me as he was down to earth and realed us in to use him as an estate agent quite well. I realised he was just as fake as people had told me he was and he shouted at me and pushed me around on the phone because he was just as much of a bully as his staff where. I dont feel hanging up the phone on a customer is right . Nor is shouting at them. I kept calm throughout the call. Although I felt upset and dis heartened by how unprofessional Harrison and Murray deal with customers. Criticism should be taken on board and dealt with properly. I was told to go to head office but I doubt any complaints would reach head office .

9 Jul 2015Have recieved a letter back stating staff have made untrue statements using vocabulary that I have never used in my life. Its clear now this matter will stand unresolved as Harrison and Murrays support manager only supports Harrison and Murray. No apology was made to me .

9 Jul 2015I have heard a lot of things about this company too, it is very sad that people get treated like this when they put their trust in them! It's a shame that Sandra hasn't changed since she worked at Connells! Hope you get everything sorted H Marshall.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
