The worst agents in Luton for Customer service! I am a Senior IT director working for a Fortune 250 company. This is in regards to Purchase of 12, Beresford Road Lu4 8BE with Indigo residential luton, where dealing with the agents are proving to be very difficult and if the owner is seeing this message would recommend changing the agent. I am a seasoned investor with over 5 properties on buy to let just in luton. I have dealt with most of the agents in luton and yet to come across an agent who provides such appalling service I happen to see this property and immediately put an offer of �350K (Asking price �360K) and Charlie Heasman who does not understand customer service was the sales negotiator was proving very difficult and rude. I was put to Darryl Dhoffer (mortgage advisor) to qualify me for the mortgage. I had provided him with 25% proof of deposit and my Salary slip. Darryl the mortgage consultant was trying to tell me that I would need more deposit as it wont stack up with the rent stress test the lenders would use,which turned out to be false. As there are many mortgage products that factor in 20% - 25% deposit for buy to let (Ex. Natwest, Aldermore, Fleet mortgage etc) and personal income to negate any rent stress issues for buy to lets. Given I am a seasoned investor I know of this, however I wonder how many potential customers Darryl has turned down or made it difficult by trying to over qualify them due to ignorance of mortgage products in the market. Below is my email to Darryl earlier today and I am yet to receive a call from the directors Scott Lynn or Brian Atkin to discuss the same Below is the email I sent to Indigo Darryl PFA my September savings statement (�88K savings) and September salary slip (�135K Package PA) Please understand there are many mortgage products which factors in my income plus 20%- 25% deposit for buy to lets, even if the rentability stress test does not add up. This is the point you should have mentioned to me yesterday given the years of experience you claim to have as opposed to saying you need 30% deposit (I have already bought 32, London Road LU1 3UQ and 125 Fensome Drive LU5 5SH on this basis this year). You seem to come across in away to inhibit purchase by your line of questioning / attitude Please remember irrespective of estate agents/ sales agent, buying a property is like a marriage, where there will always be a buyer who likes a property (which may not be appealing to others) and as long as the price is right and the buyer is credible a deal will most likely happen. More importantly it is the customer experience of buying a property is what an agent/ sales agent can look to provide to the buyer, which has been below par by both Charlie and yourself. I want to agree the price and then will get a decision in principal which is not a problem for me and do not require any of your services with the same. As next steps I want the agents to talk to the owner and confirm the deal and I will close in 2 months (1/12/16) I also want to change the agent representing me with the purchase and want to speak to your branch manager and director (Natalie Kerry and Scott Lynn) of your branch to discuss the same. If I dont hear from your manager/ director today, I will drive up to the house in the evening and discuss the same with the owners show proof of ability to purchase and request them to change the agents as well Thx
not sure about fees as I am the buyer but I see lots of higher end properties being sold by Indigo in luton and owners please be aware

Do not bring clients to view properties that have the full asking price under offer. Take it off the market Get back to clients when advised Do not be greedy and start bidding wars Do not talk rubbish Be transparent and clear Have some morals
