We have been lookign for a decent family house within our budget aroudn good schools for a while now. Having dealt with a variety of estate agents / negotiators we have a bit of an idea about the average quality of professionalism and service we would be getting. There was nothing to change the negative experience we have built over the last couple of months. Until we have met Mrs. Comeau from Vickery & Co that is. What do you need, what would you need as a tenant from an estate agent? Us, basically and understanding of what we need and the willingness to match something from their portfolio to that. Simple! Chantal, was very professional yet approachable and friendly in her dealings. Even though we had to cancel our viewing she was very supportive and helpful during this painful transition process (of moving between countries). She not only listened but also understood our needs and came up with several solutions to help us. In the end she got us the viewing for the furnished rental property (albeit fear that dogs might not be allowed) and it was us who let her down. I would like to thank Vickery & Co. for employing her and I hope they know what a real gem she is. Thank you Chantal for your help and great support.
