As a landlord, have had a terrible time with their 'management' service. Advise to search elsewhere! Upper management collude (surnames are shared/related?), where you then stand no chance of having a complaint received fairly. My property has been seriously compromised under their 'care'. Leaving me financially at a loss. Yet they were happy to take their monthly fee. Awful. I would give no stars if I could!!!!!!!! An aside was the branch manager, Jane Mason's, attitude to both tenants and landlord. Clearly lacking customer relation skills or manager training (Not a nice person at all)
Not worth the fee - only realising this at tenancy end!

24 Aug 2016We always investigate the circumstances that would lead to a review - good or bad - as our customers comments are the best source of information. However, I have scoured our database and can find no record of a 'Harley Quinn' on our system so cannot investigate this issue. Can any further information be supplied?

9 Sept 2016Mr Quinn?? No such landlord on our database and I should know, Ive been here 15 years and built up a very successful business. Clearly just another fictitious review from another local letting agent who has too much time on their hands - perhaps i could suggest that you focus your energy into your own business rather than spending time online and producing childish false reviews?

26 Jan 2018the response to this comment from david mason demonetarises an unprofessional attitude from the agency by blaming other estate agents (much like children in a school yard) instead of responding as a professional and describing how they would resolve such concerns. As a prospective tenant, this comment (response) from your agency has lost you a tenancy agreement!

29 Jan 2018Goodness me Mr Cope and Mr Mason. Firstly you wrongly assumed I am a man. Females also own property you know, when they are occasionally permitted to leave the kitchen. Secondly, clearly Harley Quinn is clearly not my name. You will know my name, as I already contested many, many points with you at the time. Thirdly, how rude to try and convince the public than my review was from a competitor!! I had little option but to give an honest review of my treatment during my time at Professional Properties (or as you are known in my circle, UNprofessional Properties!) want to ensure other property owners are fully aware of what I went through. Currently my two properties are with another management company, and it's a more positive relationship.

2 Mar 2018Another pathetic review from the faceless internet review warrior on a worthless site that allows slanderous comments to be posted by individuals under silly false identities. If you are so sharp Harley Quinn look up Thomson v Jane Doe to uncover what the future holds for you and sites like this.

2 Mar 2018If its a critique its obviously a lie again and again. This is the reply of a man who denies his worthlessness as a service provider and proclaims that he can never do wrong and he doesn't mind splashing it across social media for all to see. What an ambassador! What? Properties is this firm called? Do you want to be a client? Think not...

2 Mar 2018Mr Mason, I have nothing to fear, I can prove my legitimacy with ease. I've kept all my records. Please feel free to bring legal action. My review is real and honest. If you want positive reviews left. Simply look after your clients, not your bank accounts!

This company has the cheek to call itself Professional Properties but from the get go they have shown nothing but an UNPROFESSIONAL arrogant attitude and behaviour towards their potential clients. They have fed snippets of wrong information to us without mentioning the full details and expect... Read Full Review
High fees to line their pockets only. The fees do not match the quality of service expected.

24 Feb 2017What an utter bag of untrue slanderous nonsense. If you have a genuine complaint please have the decency to use your real name. The comment is about as pathetic as yet another rating site that allows ...
