We can also help clients with any other legal help they require when buying a house in Edinburgh. Since we were established in 2007, our goal has been to deliver the best way for homeowners and investors to sell and buy residential property. We are one of the largest estate agents in East Central Scotland based on property sales and number of properties that we bring to the market annually. MOV8 has sold the most properties in Central Scotland every year from 2014. We pride ourselves on our transparency and affordable fixed estate agency fee. Our work is controled by the Law Society of Scotland and we list client properties on all the online property portals.

I have never left a bad review for a business before but I have neber experienced such awful service. From day one we have had nothing but terrible issues from Mov8. I have just had to deal with my 5th group of viewers who showed up with no warning from Mov8. Luckily I was in but the flat was in no state to show potential buyers around yet I couldn't turn them away. We have complained twice about this issue and were allocated an 'account manager' Thomas. What a joke. It has made no difference. Feedback from viewers has been that they also have found it impossible to get in contact with Mov8 and they don't have confidence in them as agents. The solicitors they use also gave us terrible advice when we offered on another property. It really seemed like they had no idea what they were talking about and the level of service was poor to say the least. I will tell everyone I can to avoid this business. AVOID.

Truly awful service when we sold our flat in Corstorphine. We were misinformed from beginning to end. I have never had such unprofessional service. They allocate a member of their team to manage your sale but you can never get hold of them. You leave messages and they never call u back. They do very little to sell your property. The service is very poor they took over a week to respond to my buyers ... Read Full Review

What can I say? I went with this company last year. Quick to respond daily and then I paid with card. Valuation spokesman came round and the photographer. a few weeks passed and nothing. Total waste of money, pay more and use an agent who actually does something! From start to finish Mov8 were useless, they never informed me of potential buyers and never got back to people who enquired about my property. I never sold the property and now let it. do their job, they did nothing to try and sell my property and failed at every level from valuation to photographs and no back up whatsoever
