Not a positive experience. I gave them my unfurnished flat to sell. Between summer 2014 and summer 2015 they brought 6 people to view it. It cost �250 to get them to prepare the hand outs and put up a sign. It cost the same when I decided they were useless and wanted them to stop not trying to sell it.
