Terrible agency, really dont want to help and very rude towards me over the phone. Moved out a month ago still waiting on my deposit back, also mail went missing from the property and they say they never had it. I then was blackmailed to remove the comments so I could recieve my refund even tho... Read Full Review

Terrible agency, really dont want to help and very rude towards me over the phone. Moved out a month ago still waiting on my deposit back, also mail went missing from the property and they say they never had it. I then was blackmailed to remove the comments so I could recieve my refund even tho I'm entitled to my thoughts on the agency and landlord Malcolm guest is very rude and doesn't like sorting the property's as on a number of occasions I've asked for repairs or things changing and nothing was ever done until I moved out. Please don't use this landlord or agency as they will just be stress from the time they take your money thanks.
