Terrible agency, really dont want to help and very rude towards me over the phone. Moved out a month ago still waiting on my deposit back, also mail went missing from the property and they say they never had it. Not a positive experience. I gave them my unfurnished flat to sell. Between summer 2014 and summer 2015 they brought 6 people to view it. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
