We have received an invoice for more than £6000 for sale of house. This was the contractual figure. The purchaser was not put on touch with us by William Brown. Apart from initial contact and supply of brochure by WB, and email regarding purchaser's offer, their input to the sales process was minimal. The only contact in the last 3 months was the invoice. WB have now told us they were in regular contact with purchaser's solicitor but hadn't liaised with us regarding the sale and didn't appear to be aware of final sale arrangements - only part of the property being sold, evidenced by initial wrong invoice. We would never use them again.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
