They took awful photos had to come back to redo. We complained about the comments written and houses even cheap3r than ours got a better description. Not once did an estate agent show the people round we had to be there to show them both round because they didn't look at floor plans to know the layout or anything constantly switching agents to show the house. Awful to get in contact with and messages don't get passed on to us or by us. we are taking house off the market for now. The Walkden branch convinced us to choose them because they were great when we went in to have a see about viewing properties we assumed the bolton branch was the same but no. Walkden team are great lovely and so well organised think many other branches could learn a few things from them!!!

There were regular occasions where we would not be told about fees until the last minute, at this point we had no choice to pay them.
