Awful agents, dishonest and unlawful. We rented a property on Lisburn Road and in error a double direct debit came out of my account for my rent share and when I noticed, we have just finished our tenancy and left Belfast, the agency never refunded the money despite numerous attempts to get them to and threats of small claims court. AVOID at all costs!

My wife phoned Goldsmiths and spoke to some guy called Festus with a request to return the cash payment we paid. Not only did he laugh at her on the... Read Full Review
He could have not lied and pretend he returned a deposit that we paid his agent, Alisha. £550 pounds of my hard earned money.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
