I have dealt as a Landlord with Space Agents for the last 3 years since they took over my property letting. Throughout that time they have dealt efficiently with all my problems, solving any little issues in a timely fashion and at limited cost to myself. After deciding to sell my investment they took over the sale of the property and this has been the easiest transaction for myself. Chris took over the viewings, negotiations and the smooth exit of the tenant, he has always been helpful sorting out the sale in a friendly and efficient manor. I would highly highly recommend Space lettings to anyone.
